In November, home sales in Greater Victoria closely aligned with their long-term average for the second consecutive month, marking the fifth straight year-over-year increase. Meanwhile, a significant decrease in new listings led to a drop in inventory, which ended the month below last year’s levels for the first time since April 2022.
